How We Got Started
LincoNest started because we saw too many local businesses getting a raw deal. Either they were paying through the nose for IT support from big companies who didn't really care, or they were struggling along without proper help.
We thought there had to be a better way. What if you could get unlimited IT support for one simple monthly fee? What if you could call someone who actually answers the phone and knows who you are?
That's what we set out to create. A friendly, local IT service that treats you like a neighbour, not a number. No complicated contracts, no hidden fees, no tech jargon. Just honest help when you need it.
